To join the Browse Bazaar Affiliate Program:

• You must be 18 years or older.
• Your marketing activities must comply with applicable laws and our policies.
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.

Affiliate Account Registration

1. Affiliates are required to register for an account with accurate and complete information.
2. Approved login credentials, including your login name and password (“Account Details”), are exclusive to you, non-transferable, and must be kept confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify us immediately.

Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

1. Affiliates are responsible for promoting our services in an ethical and lawful manner.
2. Any promotional materials provided by us must not be altered without prior approval.
3. Affiliates may not use misleading or false claims, spam, or unethical methods to drive traffic to our website.

Prohibited Activities Include:

1. Using paid ads to bid on the Browse Bazaar trademark or related terms.
2. Misrepresenting our services or brand.
3. Engaging in fraudulent activities to manipulate commissions.

Commissions and Payment

1. Affiliates earncommission for every booked consultation through their unique affiliate link. The specific commission structure will be outlined in your affiliate dashboard.
2. Payments are processed monthly, subject to a minimum payout threshold of $120. If the threshold is not met, the amount will roll over to the next month.
3. Commissions are calculated based on the net sales amount (excluding taxes, shipping, and refunds).
4. Payments will be made through the payment method specified in your affiliate account.
5. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment details are accurate.

Returns and Refunds

1. Commissions will not be paid on orders that are canceled, refunded, or deemed invalid due to fraudulent activity.
2. If a commission has already been paid for a refunded transaction, the amount will be deducted from future payments.

Intellectual Property

1. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, in the materials and content available through our website, belong to Browse Bazaar or our licensors. As an Affiliate, you are strictly prohibited from using our logo in any marketing collateral, promotional material, or content without prior written approval from us. However, you are permitted to use the posters, videos, and banners that we share with you for marketing purposes, as long as the content is used in accordance with the guidelines we provide. Any unauthorized use or misuse of our logo will be considered a violation of these terms and will result in immediate legal action, as per the laws of the United States.

Liability and Indemnity

1. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program.
2. Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or damages resulting from their breach of these terms or misuse of promotional materials.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

1. Inactive participation for more than 6 months.
2. Breach of these terms and conditions.
3. Use of unethical or unauthorized promotional methods.
4. Fraudulent activity.

Upon termination, all pending commissions will be forfeited if the termination is due to a violation of these terms.

Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website (see the date at the bottom). It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website, and your continued use of the website signifies your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

2. All financial transactions related to Browse Bazaar should be conducted exclusively through our official website’s checkout section or via direct transfers to our designated bank account. Browse Bazaar accepts no responsibility for any monetary transactions made outside of these authorized channels.
