Returns and Refund Policy
Returns: You may return most new, unopened items purchased online from our warehouse within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging; however, the transaction fee will be deducted.
Exchanges: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Please report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Branch-Specific Policy: Any product purchases from a Browse Bazaar franchise should be referred to that branch’s return and refund policy.
Final Sales: All purchases from Browse Bazaar warehouse sales and Bulk Liquidations Store sales are final and not eligible for returns.
Consultation Fees: Funds transferred for consultation can be requested for a refund within 24 hours after the transaction; however, the transaction fee will be deducted.
Service Specific Terms: Our services begin immediately upon receipt of the orders. Product research, shipping, logistics, and fulfillment services are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
Non-refundable Fees: All service fees, fulfillment fees, and shipment fees are non-refundable once payment is submitted.
Product Research: If the product requested for research is not available in the market or has been produced on demand, the research is considered complete, and the results will be transferred to the customer.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
