Your Account

You may need your own Browse Bazaar account to use certain Browse Bazaar Services, and you may be required to be logged in to the account and have a valid payment method associated with it. If there is a problem charging your selected payment method, we may charge any other valid payment method associated with your account. Prohibited Activities

You may not use, or facilitate or allow others to use, our services or website for:

Illegal Activities:

Engaging in any activity that is illegal under local, state, national, or international law.

Intellectual Property Infringement:

Uploading, sharing, or selling any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets.

The chat option is available to communicate with sellers, suppliers, or other users, but sharing any personal contact information is prohibited. Violating this rule will result in permanent account suspension.

Risk of Loss

All purchases of physical items facilitated by or from Browse Bazaar are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you once the product leaves our warehouse and is transferred to the carrier.

Returns, Refunds, and Title

Browse Bazaar does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center.

Transferable or Refundable

1. None of the services purchased on Browse Bazaar are transferable or refundable.
2. Product research service is considered complete once you purchase the service. It is not transferable to another person or entity, refundable, and cannot be transferred to another time. Results will be delivered to your email shortly after receiving your order, and it is your responsibility to check your inbox and spam folder to ensure you have received the results. The product research is complete even if the product is not available on the market, or we cannot find the product.
3. Recording of consultations and meetings may be conducted. Users are not allowed to record the meeting or engage in any behavior deemed suspicious; if such behavior is observed, the meeting may be terminated and considered complete.
