Role Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing and Sales Manager who can connect with aspiring entrepreneurs and help them take the first step toward building their own e-commerce business. Your mission will be to find motivated individuals who want to start selling online, and guide them to book a consultation with our experts through the Browse Bazaar website.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners interested in e-commerce.
  • Promote Browse Bazaar’s consultation services through social media, forums, and online communities (LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create engaging short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) that educates and inspires potential clients.
  • Build and manage your own lead list; engage prospects through comments, messages, and emails.
  • Convert interest into booked consultations using your unique tracking link.
  • Write blog posts and responses that position Browse Bazaar as a trusted partner for new entrepreneurs.
  • Track results, optimize outreach strategies, and provide weekly performance updates.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Experience in marketing, lead generation, or content creation.
  • Familiarity with social media outreach and community engagement.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop).
  • Results-oriented mindset.
