Role Overview

We’re looking for a Small Business Consultant to mentor and guide aspiring entrepreneurs and small businesses that want to build successful and sustainable online businesses. In this role, you’ll provide expert advice on sourcing and shipping from China, e-commerce strategy, marketing, and business operations, helping clients navigate every step of launching and scaling their businesses. You’ll collaborate closely with our international teams and clients to deliver personalized, high-quality support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise and guide clients on starting and scaling their e-commerce businesses.
  • Educate entrepreneurs about product research, sourcing, private labeling, and fulfillment.
  • Help clients navigate Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and eBay business models.
  • Develop customized business strategies tailored to client goals and budgets.
  • Support clients with marketing, pricing, and competitive positioning strategies.
  • Conduct one-on-one consulting sessions, workshops, and webinars.
  • Stay updated on market trends, product opportunities, and global sourcing best practices.
  • Collaborate with teams in China and North America to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of business consulting, entrepreneurship, or e-commerce experience.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, eBay, or WooCommerce.
  • Familiarity with sourcing from China, import/export, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategy.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and comfortable analyzing business data.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in wholesale, private labeling, or logistics is a plus.
